The Office is pleased to report that Tiggy has completed her evening patrol and that all remains broadly under control.
The Department for Law & Justice confirms that today’s court proceedings concerning the provision of a fraudulent Station Street Food Vendor’s Licence (SSFVL) and associated documentation, which resulted in an outbreak of food poisoning, concluded this afternoon, with both Station Rats A and B having presented their respective defences. The Court has now retired to consider the evidence and determine appropriate sentences.
Deliveries of Employee of the Week ballot papers continue throughout the CH1 district. It was thought that ballot papers had been delivered to all squirrels residing in Grosvenor Park; however, a family of seven attended the station this morning to report they had not received theirs. Mrs Emmeline Peckhurst was last seen leaving the station with a pile of papers muttering, “If a job is worth doing, one has to do it oneself.” It is advised not to approach her at this time.
The Department for Procurement advises that the miniature weights ordered from Wee-Weights R Us are now in transit. Upon their arrival, the Staff Census will resume. The ants remain waiting patiently in line on Platform 5, so all are reminded to tread with care when traversing the area.
Tiggy is still suffering from holiday blues following her wonderful weekend away but is taking comfort from the handmade artisan treats and keepsakes she brought home with her.
