Pepper is a canine associate within the Department for Human Behaviour & Statistical Analysis whose favourite tennis ball became the subject of significant disruption during a period of constitutional pressure.
The loss of the tennis ball resulted in the suspension of all analytical work whilst the Department undertook a coordinated recovery operation. The ball remains missing – it is not yet clear whether analytical work has recommenced.
