4.15 Official Notice From Tiggy

I have just seen Harley’s statement regarding the ongoing “practical testing” of Pepper’s recently recovered tennis ball.

Whilst I am naturally delighted that Pepper has been reunited with her favourite ball, I would like to remind Harley that the Office is presently dealing with a constitutional matter of considerable importance, making “practical testing” during office hours entirely unacceptable.

I further note that Form REC-14 (Departmental Recreational Activity Notification) was not submitted prior to the full Department’s relocation to Chester Racecourse.

I therefore must insist that the current game of fetch is concluded, the necessary paperwork completed retrospectively, and that all members of the Department of Human Behaviour & Statistical Analysis return to their proper duties immediately.

Reasonable celebration is one thing; abandoning one’s departmental duties during an ongoing constitutional crisis is quite another.

I would also like to note that I am disappointed by Toffee’s performance in her Parasite Awareness course. I expected better.

I trust no further action will be necessary.
