The Office of Tiggy is aware that the situation on Platform 5 has continued to develop overnight.
Reports indicate that Emmeline remains attached to the railing and has now been joined by a number of additional avian subjects, including multiple pigeons, two starlings and an overly enthusiastic seagull.
The Office has been advised that the gathering does not currently meet the legal definition of an uprising, although the Department for Law & Justice has confirmed that the matter remains under review.
In light of recent developments, Tiggy has convened an emergency meeting between the Departments for Avian Affairs, Elections & Governance, and Department for Law & Justice.
The Office would also like to acknowledge correspondence received from members of the public regarding avian voting rights. Whilst the volume of correspondence has been noted, policy decisions are not made in response to demonstrations, petitions, organised chanting, coordinated wing-flapping or pigeons attached to railway infrastructure.
A further statement will be issued following the conclusion of the emergency meeting.
