The Department acknowledges receipt of your memorandum concerning the Avian Translation Expert Procurement Mission.
Firstly, the Department would like to thank you for your continued patience, professionalism and constructive engagement throughout this process. We are pleased to confirm that the mission remains active and continues to progress satisfactorily.
The assigned field operative remains fully engaged and on task. He has now passed Costa Coffee and is advancing towards the Chester Tap Room with notable vigour.
With regard to your question as to whether the Department is actually able to procure an avian translation expert, we feel the above update confirms our abilities in pursuit of the objective, and we politely request that you do not submit Form 56RTOEEEB (Request to Outsource External Enquiries to an External Body) to the Department for Departmental Outsourcing at this time.
