6.23 Offical Statement from Tiggy

Following careful consideration of the formal recommendations submitted by my Independent Senior Adviser for Constitutional & Strategic Matters, Luther, I have now reached a decision regarding the definition of “flight” for the purposes of voting eligibility.

Numerous proposals were considered, including definitions based upon wings, gliding, ballooning, jumping, floating, involuntary aerial movement and various other methods by which creatures may, from time to time, find themselves separated from the ground.

I have concluded that every proposed definition serves only to create further uncertainty.

Accordingly, with immediate effect, one shall cease attempting to define “flight”.

Instead, I hereby declare that all creatures shall henceforth be entitled to vote, irrespective of whether they fly, glide, balloon, leap, float, scuttle, slither or walk.

It is one’s sincere hope that this ruling will finally bring an end to the protests, allow normal democratic processes to resume, and restore normal rail services to Platform 6.

One Creature. One Vote.
