From: Department for Foreign Affairs & International Relations
To: Emmeline, Interim Assistant Deputy Acting Head of Avian Affairs (Platform 5 Division)
Subject: Electoral Communications – Visiting Avian Voters
The Department acknowledges receipt of your memorandum regarding ongoing communication difficulties amongst certain visiting avian voters due to dialect and language differences.
The Department can confirm that, at the present time, it has no immediate solution to the matter.
However, several human subjects have independently reported the possible existence of a highly respected organisation located in the Upton area which may have experience in such matters.
Unfortunately, no contact details are currently held by the Office and the Department is presently unable to verify the existence of such an organisation – it may be that is only a very small, little known, perhaps even insignificant, operation.
Nonetheless, the Department shall undertake enquiries in an effort to establish communication and determine whether or not assistance may be available.
Your concerns regarding potential delays to the electoral process have been noted.
This matter has been assigned an urgency rating of “Moderately Concerning”.
Further correspondence will follow once more pressing matters have been addressed.
