The Department for Human Behaviour & Statistical Analysis has now completed its review of the recent public estimates regarding the ages of Office personnel, and can now reveal that their ages are:
Buzz: 14 years, 11 months (average guess: 8.3) Pepper: 12 years, 6 months (average guess: 7.6) Harley: 8 years, 11 months (average guess: 7.6)
Tiggy: 6 years, 11 months (average guess: 6.6) Toffee: 3 years, 8 months (average guess: 6.75)
Perhaps unsurprisingly, given the vast quantity of photographic and video evidence available, Tiggy was, on average, correctly identified as being almost seven years of age. Guesses regarding the Canine Department were rather less accurate, indicating that canine age recognition skills amongst human subjects are poor at best.
Toffee remains deeply offended by the individual who guessed she was 10 years old and is currently perusing a Facebook post entitled ’20 Canine Haircuts Proven to Take the Years Off.’
Meanwhile, Buzz has become completely insufferable, insisting she has now discovered the secret to eternal youth and is reportedly preparing a pitch for a television series entitled ‘How to Look Six and a Half Years Younger Without Actually Doing Anything.’
