Agenda – To determine, once and for all, what constitutes “flight”.
Specific points for consideration:
1. Do activities such as gliding, parachuting, ballooning or kiting constitute flight?
2. Are there circumstances in which jumping or falling could be considered flight?
3. Does involuntary aerial movement (for example, being launched from a placard by a badger) constitute flight?
4. Any other business.
