The Department for Historical Research has today authorised the release of this recently recovered archival footage of Tiggy.
The Department wishes to stress that this footage is shared solely for its historical significance and is in no way intended to overload the public with cuteness in an attempt to distract them from the recent difficult questions raised by Montgomery Burrows.
