The Department can confirm that the Field Operative tasked with locating an Avian Translation Expert continues to make progress.
Following a period of consultation and diplomatic engagement in The Chester Tap Room, the operative is now exiting Chester Station and advancing towards the Upton area of Chester to investigate reports of an organisation which may have an Avian Translation Expert available to assist with the ongoing communication difficulties on Platform 5.
The Department remains cautiously optimistic about progress.
