Responsible for receipt, processing and publication of photographic evidence, witness statements, reports of adorable behaviour and other communications submitted by human subjects.

Maintain official channels for submissions; review photographs and reports for publication; manage correspondence volume; handle public-facing press notices; maintain the Office address at the Fourth Rafter from the Ticket Barrier, Platform 3; advise human subjects on correct communication procedures; discourage shouting across the concourse during naps.
