To assess health and wellbeing concerns affecting Office personnel and advise on appropriate rest, treatment or temporary leave.

Assess staff wellbeing; advise on temporary relief from duties; support recovery following illness, treatment or unusual exertion; advise the Office on appropriate rest and return-to-work arrangements; coordinate first-aid and recovery guidance where required.
