To conduct external enquiries and maintain relations with organisations, communities and other parties outside Chester Station.

Deploy and support field operatives; undertake external liaison and diplomatic outreach; investigate organisations or individuals able to assist Office operations; maintain mission reporting; coordinate external expertise where required.
