The Office is pleased to report that Tiggy has completed her evening patrol and that all remains broadly under control.
The Department for Law & Justice confirms that both Station Rats A and B are now in custody and assisting officers with their enquiries into the counterfeit Station Street Food Vendor’s Licence (SSFVL) and fraudulent Food Safety Assessment documentation found in the possession of the fox at the centre of the recent food poisoning incident involving contaminated ‘Chicken Nibbles’.
The Department for Merchandise & Commemorative Affairs’ newest recruits, Mr & Mrs Sherwood, have spent the day familiarising themselves with departmental procedures, inspection protocols and quality assurance standards. The Department reports that they are settling into their new roles well and looks forward to their first formal product inspections in due course.
Tiggy was delighted to hold a meet and greet this morning with Erica Marie and her daughter Sarah, who have travelled all the way from Seattle, USA, and described the auspicious occasion as the “Best day ever!”. Tiggy extends her warmest thanks to them both for taking the time to stop and say hello during their visit to Chester, and hopes they enjoy the rest of their stay (although she appreciates that, even with all Chester has to offer, their meeting may prove difficult to top!).
Finally, Tiggy wishes to record her sincere thanks to Mrs Gladys M. Dillwyn-Llewelyn for the exquisitely detailed, microscopically stitched needlepoint portrait presented earlier today. Arrangements are now being made for its permanent display within the Office.
